Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of The Grace Center for Anxiety Therapy, LLC. She specializes in helping teens, college students, and women navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Her approach is integrative and holistic, incorporating evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside expressive arts, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy.
