Rising of Guided Heart Wellness will be leading the yoga class. Rising first discovered her love for yoga, meditation, and sound baths in 2015. She completed her first teacher training in 2018 and started teaching after she completed a second training course in 2023. Rising's class will focus on body and breath awareness. She encourages her students to explore what feels good for them through the practice, rather than aiming for picture perfect yoga.
